For 's contest. I'm sorry I didn't really get a chance to finish it *tear*
Back isn't shown, but bottom hem curves up to end at the waist. Back is darted, and there is a mock corset-style lace up using the two darts as the two sides.
Red part of the blouse is red velvet with vinyl black edge and gold buttons. Under sleeve is three tiers of black lace with a scalloped edge. White and shirt is either thick, soft cotton fabric or velvet (haven't decided, sorry) Black skirt is also cotton fabric. Headband is black lace over red fabric with black lacing on top. Black neck bat/tie is vinyl.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that the white sleeve that is over the black lace tiers is stitched down. Not supposed to be free flowing.
Inspiration is...nothing. I look through a jrock magazine and Gothic Lolita for some ideas of general look of lolita and stuff, and then I look through some of my old drawings. So I guess inspiration is cute things ahahah. The dots and stuff on the bag are pins and buttons and stuff. Enjoy~
For black and white version, please go [link] (it is easier to see some details, etc here) Sorry I didn't get a chance to finish

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
